We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join a Jeans and Denim wear Company, Koo Style is based in London, as a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT with SEWING SKILLS. We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and friendly sales staff to work in Camden.
RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB ROLES
- Outstanding sales skills and up selling techniques to be shown at all times,
- Greeting customers in a welcoming and friendly manner,
- Sewing patches and fixing accessories on denim wears using sewing machine,
- Jeans Alterations
- Handling delivery of large amounts of stock accordingly,
- Keeping up-to-date with promotions and pricing stock accordingly,
- Knowledge of Current and New Collection jeans and denim wear to boost sales,
- Understanding company policies and procedures - including sales and following accordingly,
- Daily social media posts/reels/content creation
- Cash handling and till operations - manual and electronic,
- May perform minor maintenance and repairs on sewing machine,
- Ensuring security within shops and keeping clean and tidy at all times,
- Carry out other specific defined as agreed with the Line Manager.
KEY SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS
- Passion and enthusiasm for sales,
- Excellent selling and customer service skills,
- Sewing skills,
- Experienced operating single needle machines,
- 1 YEAR experience of working within a customer facing role,
- Flexibility to work any days of the week,
- Polite and professional attitude in a working environment,
- Attention to details,
- Multilingual is preferred,
- 100% attendance and punctuality,
- Ability to work alone in accordance with company guidelines.

- 1 YEAR experience in the e-Commerce industry
- Known-how on eBay/Amazon/Shoplify and social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

VACANCY AVAILABLE: £13.00 - £13.90 Part-Time/Full Time Shop Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB ROLES
- Handling multiple shop management duties accordingly
- Provide support & guidance to all team members
- Keeping stores up-to-date with promotions and pricing stock accordingly, ensuring it is matching in all stores
- Knowledge of Current and New Collections of patches/vintage ensuring all stocked up in all stores
- Ongoing knowledge of latest vintage denim fashion trends
- Creating samples for new products and guiding team members to produce for projects
- Ensuring all stores doors & product displays are open and positioned correctly daily
- Promoting punctuality in the team as well as tidiness/organization in store.
- Managing and delegating daily Social Media posts
- Understanding company policies and procedures - including sales and protocols to guide teams positively
- Report and try to resolve any issues
- Reporting to: Company Directors
- Work in line with Online Manager & team ensuring needs are met
KEY SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS
- Passion and enthusiasm for sales & growth into management.
- Excellent selling and team motivation skills
- Management experience necessary, willingness to learn
- Known-how & confidence on Management/Social Media/Shop Maintenance
- Flexibility to work any days of the week
